✨ Be Respectful and Considerate to ALL.
Everyone is expected to treat everyone else with respect and consideration both players and mods. As an invite-only game we endeavor to create an environment that is safe, relaxing, welcoming, and kind.
We the mods have the right to deny an invitation or to remove a player from game should we find they are exhibiting unacceptable behaviors or have a history of bullying, harassment, disrespecting someone's boundaries, or hostile behavior.
We understand that disputes and disagreements may occur, however, communication is a necessary component of a collaborative activity.
If at any point you feel there is not something you can resolve on your own, then please feel free to contact the mods. We will decide on a case-by-case scenario what the best course of action would be for all parties involved.
✨ You must be 18 or older to join.
✨ We the mods reserve the right to refuse any invitation or reservation.
✨ No Power-modding or Info-modding
Unless explicitly agreed upon by all parties involved, another character should not use information not readily available or attempt to use powers on another person's character. Unless a player has specifically allowed for 4th walling, then that, too, should be respected and not brought into the game.
As powers and abilities are NOT altered in any way here in game, there is an expectation of respect and awareness for the setting of the game and that characters who are capable of world-breaking, reality-altering abilities do not do so.
It never hurts to err on the side of caution and asking a player before playing out anything regarding powers or information. Here in Iyashikei, the Council is the ultimate power and will step in to put a stop to anything that would hurt the world of Iyashikei.
✨ Respect the IC and OOC divide
Players are not their characters nor does their playing that character mean condoning their actions. You are expected to be courteous and considerate to the player regardless of negative CR or canonical history between the characters.
✨ Do not abuse the Check-in AC
Iyashikei endeavors to be a relaxed and welcoming game that takes into account the very busy and stressful lives of all of its players and mods. However, if we notice that there is a distinct pattern from players who are squatting on characters, we will step in and respond as needed.
✨ Use appropriate content warnings.
For the comfort of all players, please use appropriate content warnings for anything containing sex, violence, non-con, abuse, alcohol/drugs, or other more sensitive subjects. If it's something you think may need a content warning, better overly cautious.
Iyashikei is a sex-friendly game, however, we do ask that explicit sexual content take place in inboxes and not in the main log communities.
Please also respect players when they have expressed the desire regarding specific content warnings. Use appropriate CWs when addressing the mod team as well.
